Important Safety Notice

Appropriate Use: Our products are designed for use with domesticated dogs only. It is strongly recommended to consult with a qualified veterinary or dog training professional to determine the most suitable products for your dog's specific needs. Certain health conditions or medical issues may make our products unsuitable for some dogs.

Complementary Accessories: Our products are intended as complementary accessories and should not be used to manage aggressive dogs or dogs with behavioral issues. They are not toys and should never be accessible to children or other animals, as small elements such as hardware could pose a choking hazard if ingested.

Limitations on Use: Our products should not be worn in bed or water. Always ensure that the products are properly adjusted to fit your dog comfortably, without being too tight or too loose. Dogs must be supervised at all times when using any Trufois™ product.

Collar Usage: Collars should not be used on dogs that excessively pull or have weak tracheas. We strongly advise seeking professional advice to find the most suitable products or brands for such dogs.

Harnesses for Walking: Our harnesses are designed as complementary accessories for walking and should not be used as corrective measures for behavioral issues.

Regular Inspection: Never use a broken or faulty collar, harness, or leash. Always check for wear and tear before each use to ensure the safety of your dog.

Size Guide: Please consult our size guide before ordering, as our products may have variations compared to other brands.

The hidden pocket to place your favorite tracking device and the device are to be used as an aid for locating your dog, not as prevention.

The tracker device is not included.

Product Durability

Over time, colors may fade due to washing and continuous use may result in wear and tear. It is important to regularly inspect our products for any signs of wear and tear to prevent the use of faulty or broken items on your dog. Please refer to the washing instructions provided with each product to maintain its quality and longevity.

Quality and Faulty Products 

We take great care to ensure the quality of our products. Prior to dispatch, all products are meticulously checked by our team. However, it is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly examine the product upon arrival to ensure it is in perfect working order and suitable for their dog. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee damages will not occur during postal transit.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item upon delivery and the parcel was not damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at contact@trufois.com Kindly provide your order number/receipt, detailed information about the fault, and include photographs for reference. We will do our best to arrange a replacement, if possible.

We strive to maintain high-quality standards, and if you notice a fault with any of the main components within the first 14 days of receiving your order, please contact us right away at contact@trufois.com. Provide your order number/receipt, along with detailed information about the fault, and include photographs for reference. We will promptly work towards finding a solution for you.

Please note that after 14 days, we will only address suspected faulty items if all product tags are still attached and the item has not been used.

Rest assured, we will aim to respond to your issue within 2 working days of receiving your email. Replacement products will be provided based on the availability of stock.

We assure you that these variations are a testament to the handmade nature of our items.

Additionally, we kindly remind you that colors may appear differently on screens and in photographs compared to how they look in person. We make every effort to accurately represent the colors of our products, but slight variations may occur due to differences in lighting and display settings.
