Shipping Methods & Pricing

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days from the time you place your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation, and within 48 hours, the tracking information will be available in the same email. We utilize the services of Posti or UPS for all our orders. To track your package, simply click on the Posti or UPS link provided in the dispatch email.

Please note that the delivery times mentioned below are estimated and provided by Posti or UPS. It's important to understand that Trufois cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery or shipping. By purchasing postal services through Trufois, customers acknowledge this disclaimer.

For human clothing, caps, and custom products, a fixed shipping fee of €4.50 (or $9 USD for U.S. orders) applies, as these items are shipped separately from other Trufois products. Please note, these items do not count toward the order total for free shipping eligibility.

International Customs Tax & Fees

When you make a purchase from Trufois™, you are acknowledging and assuming full responsibility for any applicable import taxes and fees imposed by your local authorities. Before placing an order with us, we strongly advise you to inquire with your local customs authority regarding any import sales taxes, customs duty taxes, or additional fees that may be applicable.

Once your order arrives in your country, it is likely that your local customs authority will notify you, and you may be required to pay customs and sales taxes before receiving your goods. Please note that any customs-related delays or charges that may arise are beyond our control.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels

In case your parcel has not been delivered or arrives in a damaged condition, it is essential to get in touch with the chosen shipping company to file a claim. Remember to keep your proof of postage safe, and if there is damage, hold on to all packaging materials as evidence for potential inspection by the shipping company.
