How it works:

1. Placement & Customization
In the box below, let us know how you'd like your pet portrait placed — left (heart side) or middle.
If you'd like to include your pet’s name, please write it along with your preferred font and color.
Example: Left + Trufo + Arial + White

2. Send Your Pet’s Photo
Please send 1 clear, high-quality photo per pet (maximum 2 pets) to contact@trufois.com, along with your order number.

3. Design Review & Revisions
Within around 5 business days, we’ll send your custom illustration to the same email you used to send the photo.
We offer unlimited revisions to make sure you’re 100% happy with the design.
Please reply as soon as possible to confirm you love it or to request any changes.

4. Final Confirmation
Once we receive your approval, we’ll begin the embroidery process and ship it to you.

CUSTOMISED, EMBROIDERED & PRINTED PRODUCTS

  • Production Time: Customised, embroidered, and printed products are made to order. Please allow 2-7 working days for production before dispatch.
  • Shipping Time: Shipping times vary by country and can take 3-8 days. If you have not received your product within 21 days of ordering, please contact us.
  • Shipping Costs: These products have different shipping costs depending on your location. We do not ship to Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria. Our shipping carriers also have a list of countries where they temporarily do not offer international shipping. This list may change periodically.
  • Separate Shipments: If you order customised, embroidered, or printed products along with other non-customised items from Trufois, they will be shipped separately, and separate shipping charges will apply. Customised and embroidered products take longer to deliver.
  • No Discounts: Customised, embroidered and printed products are not eligible for promotions, special discounts or brand ambassador discounts.
  • Free Shipping Threshold: These products do not count towards the sum required to qualify for free shipping.

    Damages and Issues

    Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue. This must be done within 5 days of receiving your product. Please email us at contact@trufois.com with your order number and include pictures showing the full product and detailed images of the damage. Without these, we cannot assist you.

LOVE & CARE INSTRUCTIONS

🧼Washing:

Wash at 30°C (86°F) on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Use a mild detergent to protect the organic cotton fabric and embroidery.

Drying:

Air dry only. Lay flat or hang to dry. Avoid tumble drying, as it may damage the fabric and embroidery.

Ironing:

Turn the item inside out before ironing. Place a piece of clean fabric over the embroidery to protect it. Use a low to medium heat setting for best results.

No accessory is indestructible and it is the responsibility of the customer to keep an eye on the condition to make sure it is safe for their pup to wear. Print colour and patterns may vary across the full range due to different fabrics used for each item. Always follow the wash instructions on each product.
